What you can do in the meantime:

  • If you try to apply more than once or make different applications using different email addresses, this is likely to slow down your application and could lead to it being rejected due to suspected fraud.

  • If you are using a virtual private network that hides your IP address, turn it off for the duration of your application.

  • Try using a different mobile network or wifi connection where possible.

  • Please ensure you have updated to the most recent version of the Bottlepay in the app store.
