If you see the image on your home screen in the Bottlepay app, then your verification request is being processed by the relevant team. They will look into this for you as soon as they can.

What you can do in the meantime:

  • Please don't try to apply more than once. This is likely to slow down your application and could lead to it being rejected.

  • If you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) that hides your IP address, please turn it off for the duration of your application.

  • Ensure you have a good internet connection. Try using a different mobile network or wifi connection where possible.

  • Please ensure you have updated to the most recent version of the Bottlepay via Google Play or App Store.
