How to contact customer support

This is the fastest way to speak to a Bottlepay team member who is there to get you the help you need. Alternatively, you can contact us at [email protected].

  • Tap 'Messages' to see all your conversations you've had with customer support

  • 'Help' takes you to our help centre, where you can browse the articles and find answers to the most commonly asked questions.

  • 'Send us a message' starts a new conversation with customer support.

  • You can select from common help centre articles or type keywords to find relevant articles in the 'Search for help' section.

  • Finally, you can tap 'Have a feature request?' to browse and upvote existing feature requests or to add a new one. πŸš€
