How to contact customer support
To send a direct message using the in-app support chat, tap the headset icon located in the top right-hand corner of the app. π
This is the fastest way to speak to a Bottlepay team member who is there to get you the help you need. Alternatively, you can contact us at [email protected].
Tap 'Messages' to see all your conversations you've had with customer support
'Help' takes you to our help centre, where you can browse the articles and find answers to the most commonly asked questions.
'Send us a message' starts a new conversation with customer support.
You can select from common help centre articles or type keywords to find relevant articles in the 'Search for help' section.
Finally, you can tap 'Have a feature request?' to browse and upvote existing feature requests or to add a new one. π
