From the home screen, tap the cog icon in the bottom right corner to open the settings page. To change your PIN:

  • First, tap the 'Change PIN' button.

  • We will then send you an email to confirm it’s you.

  • Click the ‘Open my email’ button to be directed to your device's email app.

  • From the email we sent, you can click the link to verify it is you.

Alternatively, if you have opened your PIN reset email on another device:

  • Tap ‘Scan QR Code’ from within the Bottlepay app.

  • Next scan the QR code from the email you opened on another device.

  • Both methods will take you to a new screen where you will be prompted to create a new PIN.

  • You can click the ‘Use Password Instead’ button at the bottom of the screen if you wish to create and use a Login password instead of a 6-digit PIN.

  • (Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, a number, an uppercase letter, and a special character e.g. @, #, &, * etc.).

  • You will be asked to enter your new password or new PIN twice before it will be updated to your account.
