From the home screen, tap the cog icon in the bottom right corner to open the settings page. To change your PIN:
First, tap the 'Change PIN' button.
We will then send you an email to confirm it’s you.
Click the ‘Open my email’ button to be directed to your device's email app.
From the email we sent, you can click the link to verify it is you.
Alternatively, if you have opened your PIN reset email on another device:
Tap ‘Scan QR Code’ from within the Bottlepay app.
Next scan the QR code from the email you opened on another device.
Both methods will take you to a new screen where you will be prompted to create a new PIN.
You can click the ‘Use Password Instead’ button at the bottom of the screen if you wish to create and use a Login password instead of a 6-digit PIN.
(Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, a number, an uppercase letter, and a special character e.g. @, #, &, * etc.).
You will be asked to enter your new password or new PIN twice before it will be updated to your account.
