From the settings page, under the security heading, click the ‘Change PIN’ button:
We will then send you an email to confirm it’s you. You can click the ‘Open my Email’ button and you will be directed to your devices’ email app. From the email you can click the link to verify it is you.
Alternatively, if you have opened your PIN reset email on another device you can click ‘Scan QR Code’ from within the Bottlepay app and scan the QR code from the email which you have opened on another device.
Both methods will take you to a new screen where you will be prompted to create a new PIN:
You can click the ‘Use Password Instead’ button at the bottom of the screen if you wish to create and use a Login password instead of a 6 digit PIN:
(Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, a number, an uppercase letter, and a special character e.g @, #, &, * etc). You will be asked to enter your new password or new PIN twice before it will be updated to your account.
