If you're not seeing your phone verification code email in your inbox, please try the following steps:

  • Try sending it again

  • Check your junk mail

  • Double check that you input your phone number correctly

  • Make sure you're looking in the correct email. You can check the email that you have linked to your Bottlepay account from the edit profile page.

  • Try turning your devices’ airplane mode on, waiting 15 seconds, switching airplane mode back off, and click RESEND PIN.
